Who are we
Located in northeast Portugal in the region of "Tras-os-montes," (behind the mountains) our farm is composed of multiple olive tree plots, some of which were planted by our great great grandparents. This region has a very special microclimate that gives our olive oil its unique taste and character.
Historically, we strive to uphold a century-old family tradition: the cultivation, harvest and extraction of olive oil.
Thanks to the proficiency of the entire production chain we are able to produce handcrafted olive oil of quality by combining traditional methods with new technology.
The production of a very high quality olive oil demands extensive knowledge, steadfast labor as well as a great deal of passion.
Particular attention is devoted to our olives
throughout the entire growth period until the ideal harvest time. Our passion is to obtain an excellent quality fruit in order to extract the juice and achieve the same value olive oil with the taste and flavors unique to our region without dyes or preservatives.
