Our oils
We work primarily with three varieties of olive oil: “Madural,” “Verdeal” and “Combrançosa.” Our oils are the result of a skillful blend of these varieties to achieve a balance between the desired taste and flavors. We produce extra virgin olive oil achieved by cold pressing solely using mechanical methods.

Classic
An extra virgin olive oil from young and ripe olives. Its taste is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of black olives and character of green olives. The acidity remains under 0.5%.
Seasoning and cooking with this olive oil will enhance any dish. Cold in salads or used to simmer your dishes. It’s perfect to use in the kitchen on a daily basis. |
The Great Harvest
It takes
about 11 kg of olives
harvested early in the season at perfect
aromatic maturity to achieve one liter of this rare and precious oil.
Fiery and spicy all at once with a long-lasting flavor. Resulting in an explosion of warmth and freshness, this beautiful green extra-virgin oil perfectly accompanies raw or cooked vegetables as well as simmered dishes. |
Premium
The result of the aspiration to produce the best olive oil through a meticulous
process of cultivation, selection and preparation. This olive oil is
distinguished by its exceptional sensory characteristics and an incomparable
low acidity; less than 0.2%. It complements all raw or cooked vegetables.
It’s perfect with fish and is fitting for slow cooking meats with tender skin
like lamb and goat.
